Hi ♡
I’m Sabrina, also known as La Voyageusee. I grew up in Montreal, with Moroccan roots, and from a young age, I was curious about the world and about myself. Travel became my way of exploring both: seeing new places while discovering who I truly am.

From this curiosity, La Voyageusee was born, the part of me that feels most alive, curious, open, and connected.
For me, travel is never just about the destination. It’s about connecting with people, learning new ways of life, embracing uncertainty, and finding pieces of myself along the way. It lives in quiet moments, shared experiences, and in the stories that stay with you long after the trip ends.
My purpose is simple: I want to inspire you to feel free, curious, and adventurous, to create your own journeys, and to discover yourself along the way.
I hope my stories inspire you, comfort you, or simply remind you that adventure and discovery are always waiting.
Who I Am: The Woman Behind La Voyageusee
I grew up in a family that was always on the road. We took road trips across Canada and the United States and traveled back and forth to Morocco and Spain to visit family. At the time, it felt normal, just vacation. I didn’t realize it was shaping the woman I would become.
My family was spontaneous. Every weekend brought something new. We lived with a “let’s go” mentality, and that spirit has never left me. From an early age, I learned that life is meant to be explored, and that curiosity and flexibility are treasures in themselves.
Where It All Began: My Travel Story
Hawaii 2017: The Trip That Awakened My Soul
In 2017, I went to Hawaii, and it remains one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. It was my first trip without my parents, just me and my cousin.

We hiked cliffs, swam with sharks, and explored wild landscapes. We swam in the Pacific Ocean with no lifeguards, just nature and us. Each island felt like its own world. Kauai, Maui, and Honolulu each gave me a different piece of myself.

That trip ignited something inside me, a spark, a desire for more, a curiosity that couldn’t be ignored. It’s still one of my top trips to this day.
The Turning Point: Europe 2022 and the Catamaran Moment
In August 2022, I quit everything and left for a month in Greece, Spain, and France. I traveled with a friend, and other friends joined us along the way. It felt like it was meant to be, exactly what I needed.

I was healing, and something special happened. On a catamaran in Greece, I met a woman who changed my life. She worked in digital marketing and traveled full-time. In that moment, she gave me hope. I realized there was another way to live, a different lifestyle.
It reshaped the way I saw life and opened my eyes to new opportunities. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to work and travel at the same time.
Why I Travel: The Meaning Behind My Journey
Travel, for me, is not luxury or escape. It is connection, healing, and discovery.
It’s sitting with locals, eating real food, learning new cultures, and adapting to new ways of living.
It’s in the simple moments, the small struggles, and the stories shared by strangers who become memories.

Growing up in a world of overconsumption, travel reminded me that happiness is found in simplicity. Travel grounded me, humbled me, and taught me who I am.
It shaped how I approach life.
